rumen. is a kitchen built around one idea: cook the burgers and bowls we'd want to eat ourselves — fresh, hand-made, and never compromised.
Every brioche bun is baked in-house. Every sauce is mixed in our kitchen. The patties are smashed to order on a hot iron. The fries are cut from whole potatoes that morning.
